Job Description:

  • Good Learning Attitude, Fluent in English
  • Should be handy with Passport and Ready to Relocate to Jordan.
  • Hands on experience of Performance Management System.
  • Must have good working knowledge of retention techniques / employee engagement.
  • Keeping up to date with any modifications in HR / recruitment policy and ensuring that HODs are effectively briefed on any relevant changes.
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
  • Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same.
  • Effective Liaisoning with local bodies to ensure good public relations.

IT Knowledge: Ms Office, Data Entry.
