Designation: HR / Administrator
- Good Learning Attitude, Fluent in English
- Should be handy with Passport and Ready to Relocate to Jordan.
- Hands on experience of Performance Management System.
- Must have good working knowledge of retention techniques / employee engagement.
- Keeping up to date with any modifications in HR / recruitment policy and ensuring that HODs are effectively briefed on any relevant changes.
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
- To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
- Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same.
- Effective Liaisoning with local bodies to ensure good public relations.
IT Knowledge: Ms Office, Data Entry.
